Case Study 1: Yahoo
Yahoo! were having a day long team meeting for 35 people. The morning was taken up with detailed presentations and internal briefings and after lunch they had 2 hours planned for breakout sessions. The group were all staying on that night for dinner and they needed something to finish off the conference, get the team mixing and have some fun. They had two hours. They had little time for set-up and wanted to get straight into it after their own work.

Case Study 2: Parthus Technologies
Parthus Technologies were having an away day for new graduates. Most of the day consisted of a company induction but they wanted to round off the day with some fun indoor team building games. They had little extra space and wanted something creative. There were 35 people.
- We proposed Dynamic Dominoes and split into 5 teams this worked perfectly
- They only had the space of the tables they were using, they had less than 2 hours and it definitely brought out the creative side in the group

Case Study 3: Halifax
Halifax were running a series of team away days with busy agendas. Over the day there were smaller team meetings, workshops and breakout sessions. They needed some team building activities that could be flexible to their agenda which changed at short notice. Each meeting had approx. 25 people and they had no additional space. The time they had varied from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours.
- We proposed The Brain Game as it runs in conjunction with the Audio Visual (screen and PA system) they already had in place and needs no additional room
- Depending on the groups they ran them in one go for just over an hour or in short 15 minute sessions. It’s completely flexible that way so was the ideal solution
