I have never run a team building event before, are you sure I can do this?
Yes - because our rules and instructions for every team building game, energiser and icebreakers are clear, concise and because we have carefully selected these games. Someone will need to brief the teams and run the event and this will involve being in front of the group but there is nothing difficult in the explanations. Apart from the instructions we tell you exactly what to say or read for each step along the way.
What do we get?
For each team building game, energiser & icebreaker product we provide everything you need apart from hardware, look in each of the games details to see the list of exactly what you need to provide.
How far in advance should I order?
We ship within 48 hours so your product will arrive with you within 4 days. We recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance so that you can familiarise yourself with the contents of each of the teambuilding games, icebreakers & energizer packages and contact us with any questions. If you have less time contact us so we can expedite delivery.
What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs to anywhere in the UK are included in the costs outlined. For anywhere else in the European Union please contact us.
What way do the games arrive?
Some of them have everything contained on a CD (The Brain Game, Going, Going, Gone, Quiztime) but most of them are large enough packages shipped in boxes. They’re not too heavy and easily transportable in a car if required.

Are they all indoor?
The Sports Day is of course an outdoor event while Ligthts Camera Action can take place indoors or out, it is up
to the teams where they go. Planetary Pipeline can also be run outdoors on a good day. Most of the rest of the team building games, energisers and icebreakers are designed to run indoor in a meeting/conference setting.
We are having our meeting theatre style, we don’t have tables what can we do?
The Energizers, Stay On Track and the Planetary Pipeline don’t require tables but do require space. Some companies hire in pod (high bar) tables which take up less room and that might be an option.Sports Day is an
outdoor event and should be run on grass.
What happens if I have done one before?
You can choose one of our other games or for some of the games we can provide different versions, just contact us and ask.
Are the games suitable for children?
While there is nothing unsuitable in the games for children they are written/designed with adults in mind. This is principally a business to business service.
Do we pay VAT?
As we are registered in Republic Of Ireland if you provide us with a legitimate VAT number on booking then VAT is not applicable once you are domiciled in the European Union.
What if something is missing when the shipment arrives?
We operate strict quality control procedures to ensure that this doesn’t happen but in the unlikely event of this happening contact us and we’ll sort it out immediately.
Are the games easy to run, really?
Yes, we have selected 9 games from over 50 we currently offer and the excellent instructions, rules, tips and scoring systems ensure that you can run them yourself, albeit with a little preparation or familiarisation.
Are they any good?
The Quality of the graphics in The Brain Game are first rate, for all the other games the ideas and concepts are tried and tested over many years. They really do deliver on what they say.
What about Insurance?
There is nothing dangerous in anything we ship but as you are running them yourself we cannot be responsible for any injury or hurt that may be caused. We provide everything you need to run the games but you should have or arrange your own insurance as you would for any company meeting or event.
