School Sports Day
This is a fantastic outdoor event for groups up to 72. We’ve taken the traditional school
sports day and packaged it into an all in event where all you need is space. Relive the best
days of your life and enjoy all the old classics. The best thing is that it is very inclusive and
not just for sporty types.
Team Building Game Description
It’s an easy one to explain as everyone immediately recognises it. However the great
advantage here is that we provide everything you need for an 8 game sports day. We also
add in some twists for bonus points.
The secret of this events success is to have the track looking well and that gets everyone into
the event from the off. That’s why we include lane markers, bunting, perimeter posts and
small start and finish signs. Then we include rules, instructions, rotas and scoring systems for
a great event that lasts up to 2 hours.

Numbers / Teams
We base this on teams of 6 competing on a five lane track. We recommend maximum
numbers of 72 (12 teams)
What We Provide
Everything you need apart from the grass! (and this should only be run on grass). Perimeter
fencing and bunting for appearance, 4 small signs (for start and finish), whistles, markers, all
the materials and equipment needed for the games and of course clear concise rules and
instructions. We also provide Joker cards for teams to earn bonus points.
The Volleyball game consists of a large ball, court markers and as a net and posts are too
expensive to include we provide a clever ground level alternative which works great.
We even provide a fun mini trophy for the winners!
What You Need
- A large open grassy area about the size of a quarter of a football pitch. You also need 2
people to run it although this event is about taking part and cheering on your team and
competitors so the agenda is nice and easy to follow. For higher numbers a third person to
score is required.
Key Skills Developed / Overview
This is a fun event with obvious benefits – interaction, fun, physical exercise – but there is
also some planning and tactics involved which requires good teamwork.
